NALLELY PÉREZ
CASE MANAGER
Nallely graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Monterey Bay, in Seaside, CA with a B.A. in Global Studies and a minor in International Health Policy. She has been a part of Immigrants Rights Counsel since October 2018.
ANA ALVAREZ
OFFICE MANAGER
Ana is the office manager for the Salinas office as well as the case manager for affirmative cases. Ana has been a part of our team since February 2017. Prior to joining Immigrants Rights Counsel, she worked as a Legal Assistant on immigration law cases for a law firm in the Salinas area.
ANTHONY SILVESTRI
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tony is an attorney based in San Francisco and barred in California. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., as well as an M.A. in International Affairs from American University. He also has a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Tony founded Immigrants Rights Counsel in January of 2017.
